User Referrals

Fetches a list of referrals associated with a specific user within a referral program context. If programId is not provided in the request, the function defaults to fetching the first active program associated with the brand. It first retrieves all instances where the current user has set goals for referring others. It also retrieves additional metadata such as the earliest goal achievement timestamp. It then retrieves instances where referrals have been successfully converted: 'Success' if converted, or 'Pending' if not. The function also includes the referral's name, masked email (if available), phone number, and the date of conversion or the first goal achievement.
